中文書名“美軍四星上將教你打造黃金團隊” 還是比較聳動一些。原文書名是“團隊組成的團隊”,可能用中文這樣直接翻譯不好吸引人家的注意力吧?😄
未來領袖需要花力氣在建立一個新的文化,“修剪”組織中訊息不流通或是關係不夠強的結點,甚至刻意讓組織中有“不夠效率但能創造緩衝空間”的餘裕,然後透過自身的行為活出一個新的文化
